ROLE: CREATIVE & CONCEPT LEAD ON HUNTER’S GOLD ACCOUNT

Since its debut in 1988, Hunter’s Gold has stood as South Africa’s original premium cider and a benchmark for refreshment and quality. But for a new generation that values meaning as much as taste, legacy alone was not enough. Enter “Skhu.” A man singularly focused on gold. Not gold as bling or excess, but gold as purpose and ambition. Through his story, Hunter’s Gold became a symbol of something deeper: the quiet, intentional pursuit of one’s own version of gold.

Inspired by Skhu we also got some of South Africa’s hottest celebs & influencers to share their Fosta (hustle) stories.

The client loved the character-led approach so much that they asked for another story.

This time, we introduced uSiv iSterring se Winter, The Champion of Winter. A character built around elevation, ambition, and doing more than simply getting through the cold season.


Following a strong run of Hunter’s Gold campaigns, the brand re-entered the Top 30 of #KantarBrandZ’s Most Valuable SA Brands 2024.
